摘 要：本文考虑了供应链中断风险，通过构建博弈模型研究在分散决策情形下军工企业如何在双供方中分配采购订单，从而实现自身利润最大化。通过数值分析发现，双源供货情形下，供应商供货中断风险增加会增加军工企业的订货量。此外，军工企业利润对价格较低的供应商的供货中断风险敏感度更高。最后根据分析结论为军工企业提供有意义的决策建议。

Research on Order Decision-making of Military Enterprises Under Supply Interruption

Abstract：Considering the risk of supply chain interruption，this paper studies how military enterprises distribute purchase orders among two suppliers to maximize their profits under decentralized decision-making by constructing a game model. Through numerical analysis，it is found that in the case of dual-source supply，the increase of interruption risk of suppliers will increase the order quantity of military enterprises；moreover，the profit of military enterprises is more sensitive to the interruption risk of suppliers with lower prices. Finally，according to the analysis conclusion，it provides meaningful decision-making suggestions for military enterprises.
