摘 要:动力环境监控系统是电力通信系统的重要组成部分,对于电力网络设备安全起着重要的监视和保障作用。为了满足电力公司通信动环监控平台的标准化、扁平化、集中监控的建设需求,解决不同动环厂家监控单元在网络协议和数据采集方面的差异问题,在现有动环系统所存在问题的基础上重点描述了电力动环监控系统改造的方法,包括接口协议标准化和接口数据标准化,介绍了升级改造后动力环境综合管理系统平台的系统架构、部署层级、硬件参数及功能设计要求,并以电力公司监控系统升级改造的案例验证了动环监控系统升级改造的效果,为其他公司的动环监控系统的改造提供借鉴。

Upgrading and Reforming Practice of Electric Power Environment Monitoring System

Abstract:Power environment monitoring system is the heart of power communication network and plays an important role in monitoring and guaranteeing the safety of power network equipment. In order to meet the construction requirements of standardization,flattening and centralized monitoring of power company’s communication mobile ring monitoring platform,the network protocols and data of monitoring units of different mobile ring manufacturers are solved. On the basis of the problems existing in the current dynamic loop system, this paper mainly describes the transformation methods of the electric power dynamic loop monitoring system,including the standardization of interface protocol and interface data,and introduces the system architecture,deployment level,hardware parameters and work of the upgraded dynamic environment integrated management system platform. It can design requirements and verify the effect of the upgrading and transformation of the dynamic environment monitoring system with the case of the upgrading and transformation of the monitoring system of the power company,which can provide reference for the improvement of the dynamic environment monitoring system of other companies.
