摘 要:水利信息化既是水利工程四大短板之一,也是水利行业强监管的重要手段。智慧水利是应用云计算、物联网、大数据和 AI 等新一代信息技术,实现对水利对象及水利活动的透彻感知、全面互联、深度整合、广泛共享、泛在服务、智能应用。近几年,智慧水利技术的飞跃发展为水利强监管提供了信息化手段,本文在此对强监管下智慧水利市场机遇与挑战相关问题进行阐述。

Opportunities and Challenges of Intelligent Water Conservancy Market under Strong Supervision

Abstract:Water informationization is not only one of the four major shortcomings of water projects,but also an important means of strong supervision in water industry. Intelligent water conservancy is a new generation of information technology,such as cloud computing,internet of things,big data and AI. It has a thorough perception,comprehensive interconnection,deep integration,extensive sharing,ubiquitous service and intelligent application of water resources objects and activities. In recent years,the rapid development of intelligent water technology has provided information means for the strong supervision of water resources,this paper elaborates on the opportunities and challenges of intelligent water market under strong supervision.
