基于博弈论的宜居城市聚合评价方法研究

摘  要:宜居城市的评价指标至今仍然存在争议,不同专家学者采用的评价模型也不尽相同。本文针对这个问题,通过德尔菲法和熵权法得到指标的组合权重,建立了完整的宜居城市评价体系,基于博弈论思想建立了Topsis 分析法、秩和比法和模糊综合评价模型的聚合模型,克服了单一评价模型的片面性,使得评价结果更加科学合理。可作为宜居城市评价的参考。

Research on Aggregate Evaluation Method of Livable City Based on Game Theory

Abstract:The evaluation index of livable cities is still controversial. The evaluation models adopted by different experts and scholars are different. In this paper,according to this problem,a complete livable city evaluation system was established by the combined weights of the indicators obtained by the Delphi method and the entropy method. Based on the game theory,the aggregate model of the Topsis method,RSR method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established. It overcomes the onesidedness of the single evaluation model and makes the result of the evaluation more scientific and reasonable. It can be used as a reference for evaluating livable cities.
