基于资源公共服务平台提升教师 信息化应用能力模式研究

摘  要:随着当前社会经济的不断进步,“互联网 + 教育”已经成为整个教育行业发展的新形态,而这也对教师信息化应用能力提出更高要求。教师在传统专业教学水平达标的基础上,必须熟练掌握信息技术,利用互联网功能来进一步拓宽教学模式,以此来保障自身教学效率和教学质量能够得到显著提升,继而顺利完成相应教学目标。与此同时,资源公共服务平台作为“三通 两平台”的重要组成内容,“十三五”提出教育资源公共服务平台要大幅提升信息化服务教育教学能力的主要任务,因此基于资源公共服务平台提升教师信息化应用能力模式也已经成为常态,其对加快我国教育信息化进程,通过教育信息化支撑引领教育现代化建设意义重大,所以做好基于资源公共服务平台提升教师信息化应用能力模式研究工作便显得极为必要。

Research on Improving the Ability Model of Teacher Information Application Based on Resource Public Service Platform

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of the social economy,“internet plus education” has become a new form of development of the entire education industry,and this also puts higher requirements on the ability of teachers to apply information;teachers on the basis of the standard of traditional professional teaching standards. It is necessary to master the information technology and use the internet function to further broaden its teaching mode,so as to ensure that its teaching efficiency and teaching quality can be significantly improved,and then successfully complete the corresponding teaching objectives. At the same time,the resource public service platform is an important component of the “three links and two platforms”. The “13th Five-Year Plan” proposes that the public service platform for educational resources should greatly enhance the main tasks of the teaching and learning capabilities of information service education. Therefore,the teachers based on the resource public service platform are upgraded. The information application capability model has also become the norm. It is of great significance to speed up the process of education informatization in China and to guide the modernization of education through the support of education informatization. Therefore,it is very necessary to do a good job in the research of improving teachers’information application ability based on the resource public service platform.
