摘 要：随着国内外电子商务贸易额的逐年增长，快递业务为基础的物流业也得到了快速发展，然而电商物流“最后一公里”的配送成本、投递的成功率、顾客的满意度也成为当前亟待解决的问题。运用大数据技术对物流末端的配送模式和有限区域物流的对象进行了深入分析，使得终端配送的成效得到提高。物流末端配送使用大数据技术有效提升了投递的效率。

“Last Kilometer” Problem Analysis of Logistics Based on Big Data

Abstract：With the annual growth of domestic and foreign e-commerce trade，the logistics industry based on express delivery has also developed rapidly. However，the “last kilometer” distribution cost，delivery success rate，and customer satisfaction of e-commerce logistics have also become current. Urgently needs to be resolved. Using big data technology to conduct in-depth analysis of the distribution mode at the end of the logistics and the objects of limited area logistics，so that the effectiveness of terminal distribution has been improved. The use of big data technology at the end-of-logistics distribution has effectively improved the efficiency of delivery.
