摘 要：为了提高护士护理信息能力，促进护理信息化的发展，以广泛调研为基础，参考国内外相关文献，经专家讨论，确定培训内容、方法等并实施，采用考核成绩、培训满意度调查表来评价培训实施的效果。培训之前护士考核成绩为51.98±9.44 分，培训结束后成绩为77.96±8.01 分，有统计学意义。护理信息能力培训可以提高护士的护理信息能力，从而促进护理信息化的发展。

Research on Online and Offline Mixed Training of Nurse Nursing Information Ability

Abstract：Improve nurses’nursing information ability and promote the development of nursing informatization. Based on extensive research，refer to relevant domestic and foreign literature，discuss with experts，determine and implement training content and methods，and use assessment results and training satisfaction questionnaires to evaluate the effectiveness of training implementation.The nurse’s assessment score before training was 51.98±9.44，and the score after training was 77.96±8.01，which was statistically significant. Nursing information ability training can improve the nursing information ability of nurses，thereby promoting the development of nursing information technology.
