摘 要：高校仪器设备是教学科研工作的重要工具，有着不可替代的作用，从可行性论证、购置到使用过程，再到报废阶段都应该得到高校相关管理人员的重视。文章基于新疆大学仪器设备全生命周期管理平台的建设成效，从其现阶段高校仪器设备管理存在的问题，全生命周期管理平台建设意义及结构设计方面进行分析总结，旨在对每台设备实现科学化、制度化、规范化、专业化、信息化、标准化、精细化的管理，同时提高各仪器设备的使用效率，保障共享服务能力和水平。

The Construction and Exploration of the Whole Life Cycle Management Platform of Instruments and Equipment in Colleges and Universities

Abstract：As an important tool of teaching and scientific research，the instruments and equipment in colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role. From feasibility demonstration，purchase to use process，and then to scrap stage，they should be paid attention toby the relevant management personnel in colleges and universities. Based on the construction effect of the whole life cycle management platform of Xinjiang University，this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the management of instruments and equipment，the significance of the construction of the whole life cycle management platform and the structural design，aiming to realize the scientific，institutionalized，standardized，specialized，informationized，standardized and refined management of each equipment，at the same time，improve the use efficiency of each instrument and equipment，and guarantee the sharing service ability and level.
