摘 要：SHINOW9.0 系统是依据《血站质量管理规范》等法规开发建设的新一代血液信息管理系统，具有先进的系统架 构和技术特征，强调血液从“血管到血管”的全程追踪管理，顺德血站在使用中发挥其信息处理、大数据分析的优势，提高了献血招募、血液制备过程控制、质量管理、PDA 实时采血登记等业务处理能力，系统整合了血液处理与物料、设备管理一体化，实现了物料自动消耗等数据联动处理功能。系统的构建提高了采供血科学化、规范化管理水平，保障了血液质量与安全。

Abstract：The SHINOW9.0 system is a new generation of blood information management system developed and constructed in accordance with the “Blood Station Quality Management Standards” and other regulations，with advanced system architecture and technical characteristics，emphasizing the entire tracking management of blood from “vessel to blood vessel”，Shunde Blood stations give full play to their advantages in information processing and big data analysis，improve blood donation recruitment，blood preparation process control，quality management，PDA real-time blood registration and other business processing capabilities，the system integrates blood processing and materials，equipment management integration，realize the data linkage processing function such as automatic material consumption. The construction of the system improves the scientific and standardized management of blood collection and supply，and guarantees the quality and safety of blood.
