摘 要：以信息技术为基础构建输血闭环管理系统，结合厦门市儿童医院的输血管理现状和需要，以及相关的信息技术设备的情况，建设适合厦门市儿童医院输血管理需要的闭环管理系统，并实现与医院其他管理信息系统的信息共享。通过建立以输血管理信息系统为基础的完善的输血闭环管理系统，实现了每一个环节的具体化、可控化、责任化，实现了责任追溯与安全可控。

Application Practice and Discussion of Blood Transfusion Closed Loop Management System in Children’s Hospital

Abstract：Based on information technology，the closed loop management system of blood transfusion is constructed. Combined with the current situation and needs of blood transfusion management in Xiamen Children’s Hospital，and the situation of related information technology equipment，the closed loop management system suitable for the needs of blood transfusion management in Xiamen Children’s Hospital is constructed，and the information sharing with other management information systems in the hospital is realized.Through the construction and establishment of a perfect blood transfusion closed loop management system based on the blood transfusion management information system，the concretization，controllability and responsibility of each link are realized，and the responsibility traceability and safety controllability are realized.
