摘 要:为降低研发型企业实验室管理成本,实现设备故障在线诊断预警和自动计算KPI 指标,提出基于工业互联网的设备在线管理平台解决方案。方案将设备在线管理平台分为设备层、感知层、传输层和应用层四层,通过互联网技术打破各个设备供应商的技术壁垒,实现异构设备数据实时采集传输;同时,将业务管理系统与设备在线监控相结合,进行故障预警和消息推送,自动计算设备开动率,实现单人多机值守,推动智慧实验室建设发展。

Heterogeneous Equipment Online Management Platform Based on Industrial Internet

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost of laboratory management in R & D enterprises,realize online diagnosis and early warning of equipment failures and automatic calculation of KPI indicators,a solution for an online equipment management platform based on the industrial internet is proposed. The plan divides the equipment online management platform into four layers:the equipment layer,the perception layer,the transmission layer and the application layer. Through internet technology,it breaks the technical barriers of various equipment suppliers and realizes the real-time collection and transmission of heterogeneous equipment data;at the same time,the business management system and equipment online monitoring is combined to carry out fault early warning and message push,automatically calculate the operating rate of equipment,realize single-person multi-machine on duty,and promote the construction and development of smart laboratory.
