摘 要:园区作为城市的基本单元,在全球技术革新浪潮中,正快速步入智慧化阶段。在智慧园区规划中,面临着一些共性的挑战。为应对挑战,智慧园区规划要从个人、企业、建设和运营方三类主体的核心需求和痛点出发,以发展的眼光,保障园区在经历数年建设期后仍领先于时代,打破技术迭代可能造成的园区前期设备投资浪费的窘境,并基于积累的园区私有数据优化人工智能算法,在运营管理中推进园区持续进化。

Analysis on the Challenge and Response of the Planning of Smart Park

Abstract:As the basic unit of the city,the park is stepping into the intelligent stage quickly in the global technological innovation wave. In the smart park planning,there are some common challenges. In order to meet the challenge,the planning of smart park should start from the core needs and pain points of individuals,enterprises,construction and operators. From the perspective of development,it should ensure that the park is still ahead of the times after several years of construction,break the dilemma of equipment investment waste in the early stage of the park caused by technology iteration,and optimize the artificial intelligence algorithm based on the accumulated private data of the park,so as to promote the continuous evolution of the park in the operation and management.
