某飞行器转向扭矩轴的振动特性研究

摘  要:转向扭矩轴的固有频率与机架的固有频率在同一个区间范围时,某飞行器的机架系统将与高速旋转的转向扭矩轴发生共振,此频率区间内转向扭矩轴的转速为临界转速。通过有限元分析方法,对某飞行器转向扭矩轴的工作转速范围进行分析。主要使用 ANSYS Workbench 软件对转向扭矩轴的静强度进行分析,并对转向扭矩轴的无约束和有约束进行模态分析,依次求出转向扭矩轴的固有频率和振型,从而为某型飞行器转向扭矩轴的设计和改进提供依据和参考。

Research on Vibration Characteristics of the Steering Torque Shaft of an Aircraft

Abstract: When the inherent frequency of the steering torque shaft and that of the frame are in the same interval range, the frame system of an aircraft will resonate with the steering torque shaft rotating at high speed, and the rotation speed of the steering torque shaft in this frequency interval is the critical speed. In this paper, through the finite element analysis method, the working speed range of steering torque shaft of an aircraft is analyzed. ANSYS Workbench software is mainly used to analyze the static strength of the steering torque shaft, and to conduct the modal analysis of the steering torque shaft with and without constraints, so as to obtain the inherent frequency and vibration mode of the steering torque shaft in turn, thus providing basis and reference for the design and improvement of a certain type of aircraft steering torque shaft.
