摘 要：电力企业物资储备优化是降低企业运营成本、提升工作效率的重要手段。文章通过物资品类优化、需求预测模型、平衡利库与需求申报研究，降低企业运营成本，避免库存积压，解决了需求混乱、不规范管理等问题；通过配网物资储备优化应用的建设，推进物资品类、需求、库存的规范化管控，为电力企业相关部门物资优化配置等决策提供技术支撑。

esearch on Optimization Method and Application of Power Distribution Network Material Reserve

Abstract: The optimization of material reserve in power enterprises is an important means to reduce enterprise operating cost and improve work efficiency. Through the research of material category optimization, demand forecast models, balancing inventory and demand declaration, this paper mainly reduces enterprise operating cost, avoids inventory backlogs, and solves the problems such as demand confusion and irregular management; through the construction of power distribution network material reserve optimization applications, it promotes the standardized management and control of material category, demand, and inventory, so as to provide technical support for the decision-making of the optimal allocation of materials in the relevant departments of the power enterprises.
