摘 要：自21 世纪以来，网络信息技术持续迅猛发展，在这种信息爆炸式增长的大形势下，高等院校必须加速信息化建设。高校党组织建设工作走向信息化是高校智慧管理以及信息技术深入的必然发展方向，过去陈旧的工作方式和方法已不再适应当前的发展趋势，需要进行调整与改进。党组织建设工作落实信息化管理方式，不但彰显了技术上的提升与突破，而且大大降低了人 力、财力及物力的费用，最终达到工作成效最佳化。

Research on the Innovation of Grass-roots Party Organization Management in Colleges and Universities under the Information Condition

Abstract：Since twenty-first Century，the network information technology has been developing rapidly. Under the big situation of this kind of information explosion，colleges and universities have to accelerate the construction of information technology. The construction of the party organization in colleges and universities to the information technology is the inevitable development direction of the university to the wisdom management and the information technology. The old methods of work in the past no longer adapt to the current development trend，and need to be adjusted and improved. The implementation of the information management mode in the construction of the party organization not only shows the technical promotion and breakthrough，but also greatly reduces the cost of human，financial and material resources，and finally achieves the best work effect.
