摘 要:针对军用飞机平台式惯导产品外场故障多发,内场调试过程烦琐的现状,开展基于单套惯导状态的针对性修理保障模式研究。依托历史调试数据,提炼总结惯导调试过程关键参数并建立有效数据模型,应用 Matlab 软件进行编程以对过程数据进行监测、分析及可视化呈现,将分析结果与已有数据模型进行比对分析,识别其差异点和相同点,从而形成适用于单套惯导修理的方案,可提升惯导产品的修理效率、可靠性,提高部队用户的使用体验。

Research on Targeted Repair Support Technology Based on Single Inertial Navigation State

Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of frequent external field faults and cumbersome inner field debugging process of platform inertial navigation products in military aircraft, the targeted repair support mode based on single inertial navigation state is studied. Based on the historical debugging data, refine and summarize the key parameters of inertial navigation debugging process and establish an effective data model, program with MATLAB software to monitor, analyze and visualize the process data, compare and analyze the analysis results with the existing data model, and identify the differences and similarities between them, so as to form a scheme suitable for single inertial navigation repair, which can improve the repair efficiency and reliability of inertial navigation products and improve the use experience of military users.
