电力负荷需求侧响应能力评估建模研究

摘  要:在全社会用电需求持续增长的状态下,高峰负荷与峰谷差值对电网的安全运行造成了不利影响,为了保证电网安全性,研究电力负荷需求侧响应能力评估建模方法。在划分电力负荷需求侧响应阶段的基础上,设定不同负荷状态下响应能力评估指标,并采用时序分解法构建评估模型,完成电力负荷需求侧响应能力评估建模方法设计。在实时电价和分时电价机制下,评估电动汽车参与需求侧响应后,对电力负荷影响效果,实验结果表明,文章模型能够在其充放电过程中完成高峰负荷划分,多轮测试结果均与实际峰值负荷一致,具有较好的实际应用效果。

Research on Modeling of Power Load Demand Side Response Capability Evaluation

Abstract: With the continuous growth of power demand in the whole society, the peak load and peak valley difference have an adverse impact on the safe operation of the power grid. In order to ensure the security of the power grid, the modeling method of power load demand side response capability evaluation is studied. Based on the division of power load demand side response stage, the response capability evaluation indexes under different load states are set, and the evaluation model is constructed by time series decomposition method to complete the design of power load demand side response capability evaluation modeling method. Under the mechanism of realtime electricity price and time of use electricity price, the effect of electric vehicle participating in demand side response on power load is evaluated. The experimental results show that the model in this paper can complete the peak load division in it’s charge and discharge process, and the multi round test results are consistent with the actual peak load, which has a good practical application effect.
