储能参与辅助服务市场的应用及计算方法

摘  要:随着持续推进能源供给侧结构性改革,我国能源消费供给、能源结构转型、能源系统呈现新态势,分布式能源发展迅猛。储能具有弥补间歇式新能源、良好的调频性能等优点,其参与电力市场及辅助服务市场是当前的发展趋势,研究储能参与辅助服务的应用情况,及储能电站并网运行及辅助服务管理技术支持系统各项评价细则的算法,通过示例做出计算说明。

Application and Calculation Method of Energy Storage Participating in Auxiliary Service Market

Abstract: With the continuous promotion of energy supply side structural reform, China’s energy consumption and supply, energy structure transformation and energy system show a new trend, and distributed energy is developing rapidly. Energy storage has the advantages of making up for intermittent new energy and good frequency modulation performance. Its participation in the power market and auxiliary service market is the current development trend. The application of energy storage participating in auxiliary services and the algorithm of various evaluation rules of grid connected operation of energy storage power station and auxiliary service management technology support system are studied, and the calculation is illustrated by an example.
