摘 要：为支撑国家电网有限公司数字化建设，对公司原有信息调运检体系进行深入分析，结合公司未来发展与客观形势变化，提出“两级调度、三层运检、一体化运营”的新一代信息调运检体系优化研究成果，提出精益调度、智能运检、高效运营的实践方向，从而构建纵向联动、横向协作、建运协同的运维模式，为体系进一步推广实践奠定基础。

Research on the Optimization of a New Generation Information Dispatching, Operation and Maintenance System of State Grid Corporation of China

Abstract: In order to support the digital construction of the State Grid Corporation of China, the original information dispatching, operation and maintenance system of the company is deeply analyzed, combined with the future development of the company and the changes of the objective situation, the optimization research results of a new generation information dispatching, operation and maintenance system of “twolevel dispatching, three-level operation and maintenance and integrated operation” are put forward, the practice direction of lean dispatching, intelligent operation and maintenance and efficient operation is proposed, so as to build an operation and maintenance mode of vertical linkage, horizontal cooperation and construction operation cooperation, and lay the foundation for the further promotion and practice of the system.
