摘 要：当前，以数字化、智能化为核心的技术革命和产业变革孕育兴起，数字经济逐渐成为推动经济高质量发展核心驱动力。企业数字化转型是发展数字经济的必由之路。该研究建立了企业数字化转型利益相关者模型，从企业内部的管理人员、基层员工，以及企业外部的政府官员、供应商、客户等相关人员角度，探讨他们在企业数字化转型利益相关者模型中的位置和作用，并以深圳市龙华区为例，分析龙华企业数字化转型利益相关者在转型中的作用和对策。

Stakeholder Model and Application of Enterprise Digital Transformation —Take Enterprises in Longhua District, Shenzhen City as an Example

Abstract: At present, the technological revolution and industrial reform with digitization and intelligence as the core are gestating and rising, and the digital economy has gradually become the core driving force to promote high-quality economic development. Enterprise digital transformation is the only way to develop digital economy. This study establishes the stakeholder model of enterprise digital transformation, and discusses the following people’s position and role in the stakeholder model of enterprise digital transformation: managers and grass-roots employees inside the enterprise, as well as government officials, suppliers, customers and other relevant personnel outside the enterprise. And taking Longhua District of Shenzhen as an example, analyze the role and countermeasures of stakeholders in the digital transformation of Longhua enterprises.
