摘 要：以中国知网数据库内 1990 至 2020 年间收录的 2 954 篇教师职业倦怠学术期刊为数据来源，借助可视化软件CiteSpace 5.8.R2 绘制了科学知识图谱，分别对国内教师职业倦怠研究的研究趋势、方向及热点进行了可视化分析。结果表明：国内教师职业倦怠研究经历了起步与发展两大阶段；其研究热点一直围绕“教师职业倦怠”这一主题展开，且在不同时期有其不同的研究重点。希望文章能为后期国内教师职业倦怠的深入研究提供借鉴和参考。

Knowledge Graph Metrological Analysis on the Research of Domestic Teachers’ Job Burnout —Take CNKI 1990—2020 Periodical Literature as an Example

Abstract: This paper takes 2 954 academic journals on teachers’ job burnout included in CNKI from 1990 to 2020 as the data source. By applying visualization software CiteSpace 5.8.R2 to map scientific knowledge graph, it makes a visual analysis on the research trend, direction and hotspots of the research on domestic teachers’ job burnout respectively. The results show that the research of teachers’ job burnout in China has gone through 2 stages: the initial stage and the developing stage. Its research hotspot has been around the theme of “teachers’ job burnout”, and has different research focuses in different periods. It is hoped that the paper can provide reference for the in-depth study of domestic teachers’ job burnout in the later stage.
