摘 要：以 2019—2020 年国家自然科学基金委认定的 30 种管理类期刊为样本，研究管理类期刊文献模型、工具性方法的趋势。运用 EXCEL 分析管理领域不同研究方法下模型、工具性方法使用情况，绘制高频方法共词矩阵。统计分析表明：规范研究中模型与工具性方法分别集中在博弈模型与仿真模拟；实证研究中模型与工具性方法主要集中在回归模型与回归分析。对实证研究进一步划分，发现不同的研究方法采用的模型和工具性方法存在差异。

Co-Word Analysis of Management Domain Model
—Based on Samples from 30 Journals of National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2019 to 2020

Abstract: Taking 30 management journals identified by the National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2019 to 2020 as samples, this paper studies the trend of literature model and instrumental methods of management journals. EXCEL is used to analyze the use situation of models and instrumental methods under different research methods in the field of management, and draw the co-word matrix of high frequency methods. Statistical analysis shows that the model and instrumental methods in normative research are focused on game model and analog simulation respectively. In the empirical research, model and instrumental methods mainly focus on regression model and regression analysis. The empirical research is further divided, and it is found that different research methods adopt different models and instrumental methods.
