摘 要:未遂事故 / 事件的统计、分析及具体对策措施的制定是预防与控制电力企业事故 / 事件的关键所在。因此,电力企业未遂事件的现状、成因及防控对策的深入研究,对于提高管理人员和作业人员的风险预控能力的研究十分必要。通过实地调研、统计分析、演绎推理和平台搭建等方法,对电力企业未遂事件的形成的原因、特点、分布规律等进行研究,搭建基于智能化的未遂事件分享互助与应用平台。

Research on Sharing and Mutual Assistance and Application of Near Miss Events Based on Intellectualization

Abstract: The statistics and analysis of near miss accidents/events and the formulation of specific countermeasures are the key to prevent and control accidents/events in power enterprises. Therefore, the in-depth study of the current situation, causes and prevention and control countermeasures of near miss events in power enterprises is very necessary to the study of improving the risk pre control ability of managers and operators. Through the methods such as field research, statistical analysis, deductive reasoning and platform construction and so on, this paper studies the causes, characteristics and distribution law of near miss events in power enterprises, and builds the sharing and mutual assistance and application platform of near miss events based on intellectualization.
