摘 要:文章结合电化学储能发展情况,分析了大容量百兆瓦级储能电站通信系统功能要求及性能指标,提出了满足电网侧储能通信系统要求的系统软件及应用架构方案,针对苏州昆山百兆瓦级储能电站工程,开展了储能电站通信系统功能测试,完成 AGC 功能及精度指标、一次调频功能及精度指标等测试,验证了所提出的方案的可行性。

Research and Application of Communication System for 100 MW Energy Storage Power Station

Abstract: Combined with the development of electrochemical energy storage, this paper analyzes the functional requirements and performance indexes of the communication system of high-capacity 100MW energy storage power station, and puts forward the system software and application architecture scheme to meet the requirements of the energy storage communication system on the power grid side. For the Suzhou kunshan 100-megawatt energy storage power station project, the function test of the communication system of the energy storage power station is carried out, and the AGC function and accuracy index, primary frequency modulation function and accuracy index tests and so on are completed to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
