摘 要:针对因疫情防控需要而改为线上授课的职工培训,文章提出了一种与现场实作相近似的“电务线上模拟实作系统”理论,并分析了该系统的可行性。阐述了系统组成、功能以及在职工培训中的应用模式,凭借该系统低廉的成本、完善的功能这两大优势,充分应用到铁路信号生产一线,以此来使每一个职工都有机会在日常维护工作中学习理论知识、锻炼提高业务技能水平,减小疫情防控对职工培训的影响。

Research on Application of online Electricity Work Simulation Practice System

Abstract: In view of the staff training is changed to online teaching due to the need of the epidemic prevention and control, this paper proposes a theory of “online electricity work simulation practice system”, which is similar to the scene practice, and analyzes the feasibility of this system. This paper expounds the system composition, function and application mode in the staff training. With the two great advantages of low cost and perfect function, the system is fully applied to the railway signal production front line, so that every employee has the opportunity to learn theoretical knowledge, exercise and improve the level of business skills in daily maintenance work to reduce the influence of epidemic prevention and control to the staff training.
