基于健康度模型的自动扶梯预防性维修策略

摘  要:针对自动扶梯故障预防性维修的问题,提出一种基于健康度模型的自动扶梯预防性维修策略。通过监测自动扶梯的速度、加速度、振动、噪音以及利用监控设备和图像处理的方法得到扶梯相关载客情况,同时将监测得到的数据与构件理论指标值进行曲线重合度比对,判断两个曲线之间的拟合度指标,用作判断构件安全与否的参考值。依据层次分析法确定自动扶梯不同构件故障因素的权重系数。自动扶梯不同构件故障的安全值与权重系数之积相加得出整个自动扶梯的健康度模型,由健康度模型计算得到自动扶梯健康值,依据健康值大小判断自动扶梯运行状态并给出相应的维修策略。

Escalator Preventive Maintenance Strategy Based on Health Degree Model

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of escalator fault preventive maintenance, a preventive maintenance strategy for escalator based on health degree model is proposed. By monitoring the escalator speed, acceleration, vibration, noise and monitoring device and the method of image processing are used to get the related escalators passenger situation. At the same time, compare the curve coincidence degree between the data gained by monitoring and the theoretical index value of the component, and judge the fitting index between the two curves, which can be used as the reference value to judge whether the component is safe or not. The weight coefficients of different component failure factors of escalator are determined according to analytic hierarchy process. The product of the safety value and the weight coefficient of different components of the escalator are added to obtain the health degree model of the whole escalator. The health value of the escalator is calculated from the health degree model. The operation state of the escalator is judged according to the health value and the corresponding maintenance strategy is given.
