摘 要:为改进测定透析液中的钙、镁离子含量的方法,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪 (ICP-OES),加入 100 g/L 氯化镧溶液作为钙、镁离子的释放剂,选择 Ca(315.887 nm)、Mg(279.078 nm)作为分析线进行测定。实验结果得出该方法回收率分别为:Ca(90% ~ 110%),Mg(85% ~ 110%),精密度为 Ca(0.9%),Mg(4%)。通过对该文所述方法的验证和与常规方法的对比试验,采用文章所述方法测定透析液中钙镁离子的含量更准确,更可靠。

Improvement of Determination Method of Calcium and Magnesium Ions Contents in Dialysate

Abstract: In order to improve the method of determining the content of calcium and magnesium ions in dialysate, this paper uses Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES), 100 g/L lanthanum chloride solution is added as the releasing agent of calcium and magnesium ions, and Ca (315.887 nm) and Mg (279.078 nm) are selected as the analytical lines for determination. The experimental results show that the recoveries of this method are Ca (90%~ 110%), Mg (85%~ 110%), and the precision is Ca (0.9%), Mg (4%). Through the verification of the method described in this paper and the comparison test with the conventional method, it is more accurate and reliable to use the method described in this paper to determine the content of calcium and magnesium ions in dialysate.
