摘 要：为进一步推进全市基层政务公开标准化和规范化、建立完善基层“互联网+ 政务服务”体系，本文在充分调研全市乡镇（街道）、村（社区）政务公开、政务体系建设的基础上，结合国务院和省政府办公厅精神，提出本地区基层网上政务服务体系建设的调研与思考。

Investigation and Reflection on Promoting the Construction of E-governmentService System at Grass Roots Level

Abstract：In order to further promote the city’s grassroots public affairs and standardization，establish and improve the system of grassroots“Internet plus government services”，based on the full investigation of the township（street）and village（community）of public affairs，government affairs system construction，combined with the spirit of the State Council and the provincial governmentoffice，the investigation and Reflection on the construction of grass-roots government online service system in the region are put forward.
