摘 要：不动产登记涉及千家万户，不动产登记预约工作是公众进行不动产登记业务的第一步，为了确保有限的服务资源不被滥用，对申请人进行身份验证十分必要。本文介绍了基于人脸识别技术的不动产登记预约系统的总体架构、预约流程、功能设计、网络环境建设和防止无效预约的规则设计，分析了关键技术，并总结了该系统在广州市的实际应用效果，对推动政府部门的移动服务应用有参考意义。

Abstract：The registration of real estate involves thousands of households. Booking of real estate registration is the first step for the public to register real estate. In order to ensure that limited service resources are not abused，it is necessary to verify the identity of the applicant. The essay introduces overall structure，the functional designs and booking processes of the real estate registration booking system based on face recognition technology，and rule designs for preventing invalid booking. This essay analyzes the key technologies and summarizes the practical application effect of the system in Guangzhou，which brings referential significance in promoting the mobile service application of government.
