摘 要：林地是土地的组成部分，同时也是森林资源的重要组成部分，是林业发展的基础，因而对林地的正确合理估价就显得尤为重要。文章从多元线性回归模型和非线性回归模型两方面来建立地价模型，以某些小班实际成交或者修正后林地地价的测算值为例，对其合理性进行验证。

Land Price Model Based on Forest Land Classification

Abstract：Forest land is an integral part of land，at the same time，it is also an important part of forest resources，is the basis of forestry development，so the correct and reasonable evaluation of forest land is particularly important. This paper establishes a land price model from two aspects of multiple linear regression model and non-linear regression model，and validates its rationality by taking the actual transaction of some subclasses or the calculated value of the revised forest land price as an example.
