摘 要：在我国社会不断发展和进步的当下，我国基础设施建设的投入量也不断增加。市政工程项目直接决定着城市的发展水平，在市政建设逐渐发展的当下，市政工程项目管理模式也得到了前所未有的发展。本文将针对市政工程项目招投标管理信息系统的开发意义进行详细分析，其目的是研究出市政工程项目招投标管理信息系统开发设计途径。

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of our society，the investment in infrastructure construction is also increasing. Municipal engineering projects directly determine the level of urban development. With the gradual development of municipal construction，municipal engineering project management mode has also been unprecedented development. In this paper，the significance of the development of the municipal engineering project bidding management information system is analyzed in detail. The purpose is to study the development and design of the municipal engineering project bidding management information system.
