摘 要:针对我国水库信息化水平及水库管理现状及特点,围绕水库日常管理、安全运行、防洪调度等关注点,强调如何加强水库的高效管理、安全管理。从“保障水库安全、提升水库收益、提高工作效率、推进公众服务”四个角度考虑,结合大数据、云服务、物联网等信息技术手段,提出水库综合管理系统的设计思路以及对现在水库管理的思考,详细分析了各子系统的主要功能及系统框架,供有关人员参考借鉴。

Discussion on the Design of Reservoir Comprehensive Management System

Abstract:According to the level of reservoir informatization and the current situation and characteristics of reservoir management in China,focusing on the daily management,safe operation and flood control operation of the reservoir,this paper emphasizes how to strengthen the efficient and safe management of the reservoir. From the four aspects of “ensuring reservoir safety,improving reservoir revenue,improving work efficiency and promoting public service”,combined with big data,cloud service,internet of things and other information technology means,this paper puts forward the design idea of reservoir integrated management system and the thinking of reservoir management now,and analyzes the main functions and system framework of each subsystem in detail for the reference of relevant personnel.
