全球数字经济发展趋势展望

摘  要:为展望全球数字经济发展趋势,为我国深化数字经济发展路径提供参考。通过分析人工智能、量子科技、先进计算、云计算、物联网、区块链、自动化与机器人、网络空间与安全、未来信息通信和大数据分析技术等新兴数字技术的发展态势,分析全球数字经济规模,揭示发展潜力。发现数字经济驱动了全球化进程,成为国家竞争交点,对专门的支持政策需求强烈。我国需要在支持政策、制定发展路线图、壮大研发机构和人才培养等方面持续发力。

Prospects for the Development Trend of Global Digital Economy

Abstract:In order to look forward to the development trend of global digital economy and provide reference for deepening the development path of digital economy in China. By analyzing the development trend of emerging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,quantum technology,advanced computing,cloud computing,internet of things,blockchain,automation and robotics,cyberspace and security,future information communication and big data analysis technology,this paper analyzes the scale of global digital economy and reveals the development potential. It is found that the digital economy has driven the globalization process and has become the focus of national competition,and has a strong demand for special support policies. China needs to continue to make efforts in supporting policies,formulating development roadmaps,expanding R & D institutions and personnel training.
