摘 要：通过调研分析省科协学会工作和科技社团业务信息化背景和需求，提出了《广东省科协学会工作云平台》建设方案，已建成省科协和科技社团组织管理、业务管理、科技社团和科技工作者服务等功能完善、安全可靠、适用易用、便于管理的子系统群。提高了办事效率，使工作更加精准规范，促进了科技社团的发展。构成了广东省科协学会工作及科技社团业务信息化整体解决方案，并以此作为实现科技社团学术创新能力建设和“四个服务”能力提升的重要载体和抓手。

Abstract：Based on the investigation and analysis of the background and demand of the work of the association for science and technology and the business informatization of science and technology society in Guangdong province，this paper puts forward the construction scheme of Work Cloud Platform of Guangdong Association for Science and Technology，which has built a subsystem group for association for science and technology and science and technology society in Guangdong province with perfect functions，such as organization management，business management，service of science and technology society and scientific workers，which is safe，reliable，applicable and easy to manage. It improves the work efficiency，makes the work more accurate and standardized，and promotes the development of science and technology society. It constitutes the overall solution for the business informatization of work and science and technology society of Guangdong Provincial Association for Science and Technology，and takes the solution as an important carrier and starting point to realize the construction of academic innovation ability and the promotion of “four services” ability of science and technology society.
