摘 要：在区域一体化成为我国经济高质量发展的重要战略部署的背景下，环境污染与碳排放随供应链的跨域转移的风险不容忽视。文章总结了区域一体化绿色供应链管理与信息化建设的现状，并对现有绿色供应链信息化平台的特点与存在的问题展开深入分析。针对一体化区域绿色供应链信息化平台的核心需求，明确了平台建设的主要原则与总体架构，并从绿色供应链试点管理、供应链绿色金融管理、供应链风险管控、供应链碳管理等方面提出功能设计建议，为一体化区域绿色供应链数字化生态的构建提供支撑。

Research on Green Supply Chain Informatization Platform of Integrated Region

Abstract: Under the background of regional integration becoming an important strategic deployment for China’s high-quality economic development, the risk of environmental pollution and carbon emissions being transferred across region through the supply chain should not be ignored. This paper summarizes the status quo of green supply chain management and information construction in integrated region and conducts an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and deficiencies of the existing green supply chain informatization platforms. In view of the core needs of green supply chain management in integrated region, the main principles and overall structure of the platform are clarified. The functional design suggestions from the aspects of green supply chain pilot management, supply chain green financial management, supply chain risk control and supply chain carbon management are made to support the construction of digital ecology of green supply chainin integrated region.
