摘 要：根据海绵城市建设的需求，对海绵城市信息化建设进行了研究，提出了基于 GIS 技术建设海绵城市信息化管控平台的技术路线，对海绵城市建设信息化管理流程进行了调查分析，并提出平台建设的框架思路，从平台的总体设计、功能设计、数据库设计、应用支撑系统设计等四个方面阐述了平台的具体设计思路，为海绵城市建设工作提供参考借鉴。

Design Idea of Informatization Management and Control Platform for Sponge City Construction Based on GIS Technology

Abstract: According to the needs of Sponge city construction, this paper studies the informatization construction of Sponge city, puts forward the technical route for constructing the informatization management and control platform of Sponge city based on GIS technology, investigates and analyzes the informatization management process of Sponge city construction, and puts forward the framework idea of platform construction. The concrete design idea of the platform is described from four aspects of the overall design, function design, database design and application support system design.
