摘 要：视频监控是城市公共安全管理的重要手段之一。视频图像侦查是一种有效的侦查方法，在公安机关侦查实战中得到应用和验证。本文梳理了视频监控体系和警用无人机的发展脉络，分析了微小型无人机及其视频载荷的功能性能，提出了一种智能的视频图像侦查应用系统的总体结构，指出了系统的关键技术问题，估计了未来相关技术和系统的发展趋势。警用微小型无 人机将以其灵活部署等特点成为固定网络视频监控体系的有力补充。

A Study on the Video Image Investigation System Based on Police Micro-UAV

Abstract：Video-monitoring is an important means of urban public security management. Video image investigation is an effective detection method，which has been applied and verified in the investigation actions of police department. This paper discussed the development of video-monitoring systems and police UAVs，analyzed the function and performance of micro-UAVs and their video load，gave the framework of an intelligent video image investigation application system，listed the key technical problems of the system， estimated the future trend of the related technologies and systems. Police Micro-UAVs will be a powerful complement to the video monitoring system of the fixed network with its features as flexible deployment.
