摘 要：情报研究原来受限于技术手段和科技发展状况，因此其一直未获得突飞猛进的发展。从它的学科诞生以来，在经济政治各方面一直起着举足轻重的作用。进入大数据高速发展时代，通过精准研究，科技情报研究飞速获得了全方位的发展，也促进了大数据的完善和科学积淀。

Abstract：Intelligence research was originally confined to technical means and technological development. As a result，its development and application have played an important role in all aspects of economic and political affairs since the birth of its discipline.Into the era of rapid development of big data，through precision research，scientific and technological intelligence research has achieved rapid all-round development，but also promoted the improvement of big data and scientific accumulation.
