摘 要：现阶段区块链产学研用蓬勃发展，其应用领域贯穿金融经济到各实体领域，各产业为实现创新发展而积极探索与区块链的融合，医疗领域也不例外。基于此，文章首先阐述了医疗领域中区块链技术的应用现状，进一步基于区块链技术，分析医疗数据共享安全平台设计架设思路，并结合医疗数据共享安全平台实际建设成果讨论其综合效益及系统界面情况。

Design and Research of Medical Data Sharing Security Platform under the Vision of Blockchain Technology

Abstract: At the present stage, blockchain industry, university, research and application is booming. And its application fields run through the financial economy to each entity fields. The various industries actively explore the integration with blockchain in order to realize innovative development, and the medical field is no exception. Based on this, the paper firstly expounds the current application status of blockchain technology in the medical field, further analyzes the design and construction thinking of the medical data sharing security platform based on blockchain technology, and discusses the comprehensive benefits and system interface situation combined with the actual construction results of the medical data sharing security platform.
