摘 要：目前，各企业信息化建设已取得一定的进展，但对于企业专用资金计划内容的管理缺少管理平台，为规范资金管理水平，提升计划统计工作质量，合理有效地控制资金投入，提出了建设专用资金管理系统的需求，讨论了专用资金管理系统的五个功能模块设计和四个核心业务流程，针对具体应用场景提出了实施流程和开发环境要求，并展示了开发完成后的系统功能界面。

Design and Implementation of Enterprise Special Fund Management System

Abstract: At present, various enterprises have made certain progress in informatization construction, but there is a lack of management platform for the management of the enterprise's special fund plan content. In order to standardize the level of fund management, improve the quality of planning and statistical work, and reasonably and effectively control the capital investment, the requirements for the construction of the special fund management system are proposed, and the design of five functional modules and four core business processes of the special fund management system are discussed. The implementation process and development environment requirements are proposed for specific application scenarios, and the system's functional interface after development is displayed.
