摘 要：头罩车钩控制器是轨道车辆救援联挂时重要的逻辑控制装置，高效可靠的控制确保头罩与车钩之间正常可靠的动作逻辑，保证了车辆救援联挂的顺利进行，降低车辆故障对运营秩序的影响。本文着重从头罩车钩控制器的工作原理、系统接口、可靠性设计等方面对头罩车钩控制器在轨道车辆中的应用进行说明。

Application of Head Cover Coupler Controller in Railway Vehicles

Abstract：Head cover coupler controller is an important logic control device for rail vehicle rescue linkage. Efficient and reliable control ensures normal and reliable operation logic between headcover and coupler，ensures the smooth operation of vehicle rescue linkage, and reduces the impact of vehicle failure on operation order. In this paper，the working principle，system interface and reliability design of the head cover coupler controller are emphasized，and the application of the head cover coupler controller in rail vehicles is explained.
