摘 要：我国机器人市场规模越来越大，不管是工业机器人还是服务机器人的市场需求都日益增大。服务机器人在电力营业厅的应用需求也日益增大。现如今服务机器人的多项本体功能已经能够匹配电力营业厅的日常服务功能，其中包括互动咨询、收费打票、引领业务等多项业务功能。运用服务机器人可以提高电力营业厅的效率，节省时间及资源。

Application of Service Robot in Electric Power Business Hall

Abstract：China’s robot market is growing，whether it is industrial robots’ market demand or service robots’market demand is increasing. The requirements of service robots in electricity business hall are also increasing. Now a number of ontology functions of service robots have been able to match the daily service functions of the electric power business hall，which includes a number of business functions such as interactive consultation，charging tickets and leading business. The use of service robots can improve the efficiency of the power office，save time and resources.
