摘 要:制动机构作为汽车整体结构组成中的一部分,具有十分重要的作用和使用价值。刹车制动时刹车片与制动盘之间接触摩擦行为消耗行驶中车辆的动能,而摩擦过程中生成的热量会对制动盘、刹车片的材料力学性能和车辆制动性能产生很大影响。本文通过在有限元分析软件ABAQUS 中模拟汽车刹车制动过程,考虑摩擦面的表面对流和热辐射等因素,对制动盘分别作为刚体和柔性体两种状态下的制动过程进行热力耦合动态分析,为通风盘式制动机构的结构设计及对其性能量化评价,提供技术支撑和数据参考。

Multi-field Coupling Analysis and Research on Braking Process of Ventilated Disc Brake Mechanism

Abstract:As a part of the whole structure of automobile,brake mechanism has very important function and value. The contact friction behavior between the brake pad and the disc consumes the kinetic energy when it is braking,and the heat generated during the friction process will have a great impact on the material mechanical properties and the vehicle brake performance of the brake disc and the pad. By simulating the braking process of automobile in finite element analysis software ABAQUS,considering the factors such as surface convection and thermal radiation of friction surface,take braking process of brake disc as rigid body and flexible body in dynamically analyzed by thermo-mechanical coupling,which provides technical support and data reference for the structural design and quantitative evaluation of ventilated disc braking mechanism.
