摘 要:随着高科技工业技术的不断发展,目前已经进入工业4.0 时代,将物联网技术、机器人和自动化技术进行有效的融合,焊接生产也因此得到不断提高。在汽车工业领域中,智能化控制水平不断提高,其中汽车焊接机器人在汽车制造中发挥着重大作用,焊接工艺逐渐向智能化和自动化方向发展,通过PLC 对汽车焊接机器人进行有效的控制实现自动焊接,是目前汽车行业制造的主要发展方向。本文以西门子S7-200 为核心,实现对焊接机器人的有效控制,确保在焊接时各个工序和机器人能够协同工作。首先分析了焊接机器人在汽车制造行业的应用,并介绍了PLC 控制器和汽车焊接生产线,包括车门焊接控制系统和对应的硬件,最后基于PLC 控制系统的软硬件设计。

Study on Welding Robot Control Based on PLC

Abstract:With the continuous development of high-tech industrial technology,it has entered the industry 4.0 era,effectively integrating the internet of things technology,robots and automation technology,and welding production has also beencontinuously improved. In the automotive industry,the level of intelligent control is constantly improving,in which automotivewelding robots play a major role in the manufacture of automobiles,and the welding process is gradually developing in the directionof intellectualization and automation,and effective control of automotive welding robots is carried out through PLC. Automaticwelding is the main development direction of automobile manufacturing. Based on Siemens S7-200 as the core,this paper realizes theeffective control of welding robot,and ensures that each process and robot can work together during welding. Firstly,the applicationof welding robot in automobile manufacturing industry is analyzed,and PLC controller and automobile welding production line areintroduced,including door welding control system and corresponding hardware. Finally,the hardware and software design based onPLC control system is introduced.
