摘 要：毕业设计是一种教学过程最后阶段的综合性实践环节。目前高职院校毕业设计存在时间与就业冲突、题目与就业岗位脱节等问题。高职教育以就业为导向，所以毕业设计要从时间安排、题目选取等环节进行改革与创新。本文从模具专业学生的培养目标出发，提出了毕业设计环节的改革措施，并结合实例论述了毕业设计环节的具体实践过程。通过改革锻炼了学生的动手能力和解决实际问题的能力，为学生就业打下了良好的基础。

Teaching Reform and Practice of the Graduation Project of Mould Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Graduation project is a summative practical teaching link adopted in the last stage of the teaching process. At present，there are some problems in the graduation project of higher vocational colleges，such as the conflict between time and employment，the disconnection between title and employment post，and so on. Vocational education takes employment as the direction. Therefore，the graduation project should be reformed and innovated from the aspects of time arrangement，topic selection and so on. This paper starts from the training goal of students in mold specialty，the reform measures of graduation project are put forward，and the concrete practice process of graduation project is discussed with examples. Through the reform，students’practical ability and ability to solve practical problems have been trained，which lays a good foundation for students’employment.
