摘 要:本文采用熔炼过程中的吹气噪声信号、氧枪振动信号和火焰图像信息作为特征信号进行采集和分析,以表征喷溅的发生,并进行基于LabVIEW 的溅射特征信号采集与分析仿真系统的软硬件设计。系统中的信号调理模块与音频传感器和振动传感器配合,检测声音和振动信号并发出信号,数据采集卡通过PCI 接口与工业计算机连接。构建硬件平台,利用LabVIEW 虚拟仪器开发平台构成采集系统的上位机管理系统。

Design of AOD Furnace Splash Prediction Characteristic Signal Acquisition and Analysis System Based on Virtual Instrument

Abstract:In this paper,blowing noise signal,oxygen gun vibration signal and flame image information during melting process are used as characteristic signals to collect and analyze to characterize the occurrence of spatter. Hardware and software design of sputtering signal acquisition and analysis simulation system based on LabVIEW. The signal conditioning module in the system works with audio sensor and vibration sensor to detect sound and vibration signals and send signals. The data acquisition card is connected with industrial computer through PCI interface. The hardware platform is constructed,and the upper computer management system of the acquisition system is composed of the development platform of LabVIEW virtual instrument.
