摘 要:使用 ZBrush 2019 技术,根据目标的特性、参数、材料进行建模,设计出一颗完整的右侧上颌中切牙、上肢肱骨,并结合临床上已有的技术来探讨 3D 打印牙齿模型在临床上的应用前景,设计出的 3D 打印牙齿和骨骼模型还原度较高,可用于临床模型使用和稀有病理牙齿形态模型的展示与操作等,但该 3D 打印产品和临床上数字化打印出的烤瓷牙冠相比较仍有不足之处,需后续完善改进。

Application of 3D Printing Based on ZBrush 2019 in the Field of Teeth and Bones

Abstract:Using ZBrush 2019 technology,according to the characteristics,parameters and materials of the target,a complete right maxillary middle incisor and upper limb humerus were designed,and the clinical application prospect of 3D printing teeth model was discussed by combining with the existing clinical technology. The 3D printing teeth and bone model designed have a high degree of reduction,which can be used in clinical model use and rare pathological tooth shape However,there are still some shortcomings between the 3D printing product and the clinical digital printing PFM crown,which need to be improved.
