轧辊磨床的数控化应用技术

摘  要:轧辊磨床是一种金属切削机床,广泛应用于钢铁、有色、造纸等行业,随着各行各业制造工艺要求都不断提高,轧辊磨床的磨削修复难度较大,加工复杂度较高,对轧辊磨床提出了更高的数控化要求。选取西门子公司SINUMERIK 840D sl数控系统为平台,以MK8463 轧辊磨床为研究对象,介绍了数控轧辊磨床的系统配置、工作原理、硬件设计以及功能特点等。

CNC Application Technology of Roller Grinder

Abstract:Roll grinder is a metal cutting machine tool,widely used in steel,non-ferrous metals,paper making and other industries. With the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process requirements in all walks of life,the grinding repair of the roll grinder is more difficult and the processing complexity is higher. Grinding machines put forward higher requirements for numerical control. The SINUMERIK 840D sl CNC system of Siemens was selected as the platform,and the MK8463 roll grinder was taken as the research object. The system configuration,working principle,hardware design and functional characteristics of the CNC roll grinder were introduced.
