非晶态—晶态 Ni 基钎料冷焊焊补损毁金刚石

摘  要:使用非晶态—晶态混合 Ni 基钎料对模拟损毁的金刚石进行电弧冷焊焊补,并对电弧冷焊后的金刚石进行理化分析。结果显示,所用钎料中晶态相的晶粒尺寸范围为 57.1 nm ~ 165.7 nm,晶化温度区间为 440.4 ℃~ 600.1 ℃;冷焊层与金刚石结合紧密;金刚石冷焊面生成了根须状碳化物,有利于冷焊层对金刚石的牢固把持;冷焊金刚石相较于传统的炉中钎焊金刚石加工效率更高。

Cold Welding Repair of Damaged Diamond with Amorphous-Crystalline Ni-Based Brazing Filler Metals

Abstract:The imitative damaged diamond was repaired by arc cool welding using amorphous-crystalline mixed Ni-Based brazing filler metals. The physical and chemical properties of the diamond by arc cool welding were analyzed. The results showed that the grain size of the crystalline phase in the used brazing alloy was 57.1 nm~ 165.7 nm,and the crystallization temperature was 440.4 ℃~ 600.1 ℃.The cool welding layer was closely combined with the diamond. Root like carbides were formed on the cool welding interface of the diamond, which contributed the firm bonding between the cool welding layer and the diamond. The processing efficiency of cold welded diamond is higher than that of conventional furnace brazing diamond.
