摘 要:先进制造产品系统化、集成化、信息化程度高,涉及的技术参数多,需要产品标准的规范和引领来提升先进制造产品与技术的准确度、稳定性和互通性。制定先进制造产品与技术系列团体标准时,宜细分为“技术要求”“检验方法”和“制造工艺规范”三个标准文件来编写,并确保标准技术内容的可行性、科学性、适用性、先进性,提高标准质量。最后以一体化成型微电机壳体产品团体标准为例,分享在先进制造产品与技术系列团体标准制定方面的具体实践经验。

Abstract: Advanced manufacturing products are highly systematic, integrated, and informatization with many technical parameters involved, which needs the specification and guidance of product standards to improve the accuracy, stability and interoperability of advanced manufacturing products and technology. When formulating advanced manufacturing product and technology series association standards, it should be subdivided into three standard documents to write, including “technical requirement”“testing method” and “manufacturing process specification”, and ensure the feasibility, scientificalness, applicability and progressiveness of the standard technical content to improve the standard quality. Finally, taking the association standards for integrally molded micro-motor casing products as an example, the specific practical experience in the aspect of formulation of advanced manufacturing product and technology series association standards is shared.
